Summer training will begin 6/9 at 7:30am on the track at Grandview. All current Wolves, incoming freshmen, and rising 7th & 8th graders who live in GHS attendance area are permitted to participate. Returning runners will meet Monday-Saturday. New runners and middle schoolers will practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. All runners need to have at least one water bottle, proper running attire, properly fitted running shoes, and a watch. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and snacks are highly encouraged.
