This camp is designed to prepare girls for the upcoming season. Athletes will participate in a variety of conditioning, stick work, and lacrosse concepts to help them prepare. Participants also signed up for this camp will be able to participate in the South Suburban Winter Ball league that takes place on Saturdays.
