DESCRIPTION
The CT Strength training involves the performance of physical exercises which is designed to improve strength and endurance. We will use weights, medicine balls, bands, rings, and other items to accomplish these goals. We will also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics to improve foot work, speed and agility.
