The goal of our high school lacrosse preseason training camp is to prepare players physically, mentally, and fundamentally for the upcoming season and team tryouts. Through focused skill development and position-specific training, players will improve their overall game and build confidence. Players will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities, develop chemistry with teammates, and gain a better understanding of the coaching staff’s expectations. By the end of camp, athletes should feel more prepared, confident, and motivated to compete at tryouts and contribute to the team’s success.
