This conditioning and skills camp will prepare players for the upcoming spring soccer season.  The camp will focus on strength, injury prevention, conditioning, and technical work with a ball.  Sessions will be held in the hallway or on the turf field when field and weather conditions permit. Athletes should wear running shoes and bring soccer cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle.  Athletes should be prepared for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
